Dr. Elizabeth Drame
Elizabeth Drame, Ph.D. is a Professor in the Department of Teaching and Learning at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee where she prepares special educators and coordinates the Autism Spectrum Disorders Certificate Program. Dr. Drame serves as a Special Assistant to the Vice Chancellor for the Division of Community Empowerment and Institutional Inclusivity.
In this role, she facilitates professional development on inclusive practices. Dr. Drame’s research focuses on inclusive education practices locally, regionally and internationally through U.S. Fulbright research programs in Indonesia and Senegal, as well as other countries in the African Diaspora including Kenya and Ghana.
